"I absolutely love this place! I come at least once a week to do cryotherapy, and it is addicting. It has completely changed the way I feel, both mentally and physically. Mentally, I am constantly in a good mood and have zero brain fog. "This place was bit odd. When I showed up the door was locked with the keys on the outside. There was only one woman running things. I wasn't really walked through the infrared sauna process. She asked me if I spoke Spanish so I could translate to someone she was on the phone with? Entire time she was talking loudly on the phone so I had to play music in my room to try to relax. Then when I asked to use the showers because I had just spend an hour sweating, she was weird about it. She knocked after I was showering and rushed me out. Then acted like it was weird that I had showered. They didn't have any spa quality products, just half used burts bees and products you get at TJ Maxx or Marshall's. When I went to leave she asked about my hair being wet and frowned at me, but they didnt have any hair dryers. So I didn't have an option. It was a very strange experience."
