"Dr. Lin and her team have been the most disorganized, apathetic, and incompetent team of healthcare workers I've ever encountered in my life. My experience has been horrific, and they've only worsened my condition. My initial procedure was delayed by months because they kept rescheduling on me and refusing to disclose any reason. I rearranged my schedule for months due to their lack of competent scheduling. I didn't have any choice of appointment times, and they repeatedly booked me when I explicitly said I was unavailable, and then blamed me for being unavailable. I have gotten a different message from every person I speak to, which points to a very disorganized office with little to no oversight, in my opinion. I question their clinical ability with the level of disorganization I have experienced over the last 6 months, and the type of care I have received. They have caused me to be in excruciating pain and have been extremely apathetic towards patient experiences. This has been a waste of 9 months of effort, and I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend Dr. Lin and the entire team."

"Dr. Lin is incredible not just because she is an extremely intelligent physician, but because she has compassion and cares immensely about the whole patient. I have a lot of medical trauma from some past experiences, and her patience and kindness on top of her knowledge is rare. She always has a plan and helps me feel better not just physically, but also mentally when I start to lose hope. She never judges you and is always there to help when you need her. I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor."
