"From the minute I walked into this beautiful new and sparkling clean clinic I was treated with friendly smiles and happy faces! Immediately I was offered some lunch as it was their one year anniversary and they were throwing a celebration! Now, where and when in New York City are you ever offered a free lunch? Rarely if ever!! The food was delicious. I filled out my paperwork while enjoying some complimentary hot tea and I immediately already started to feel well! I was taken to the clinic by an expert doctor in Acupuncture who did a comprehensive evaluation. The team was so sweet as my insurance was not accepted and they kept trying to give me ideas on how to get the treatment covered. I also enjoyed one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. After my treatment I felt as if I was walking on cloud 9. I have been getting acupuncture all over the country for years and this place with its professionalism thoroughness and kindness just blew me away. They really care about you as a patient. In fact my Doctor offered some new ideas and even did some acupuncture on my belly which I could Immediately tell was going to help me. This was an issue I never even noticed before. After at the checkout because it was the one year anniversary the team gave me a generous discount and even gave me an expensive bottle of red wine as a gift! Beside the free lunch and wine and discount I still would have paid out of pocket for the service and I am just blown away by the team and how sweet they are. It's rare in NYC for a healthcare team to be this special and elite and I can't wait to work with them. Bonus it's a block away from my apartment. Thank you ACA Carnegie Hill!!!"
