"I confirmed multiple times before booking that this office accepted my insurance and was assured every time that it was in network. After waiting over three weeks for my ADHD testing appointment, I was told at the front desk that they do not take my insurance and that it was "a mistake." This is completely unacceptable. ADHD testing is already difficult to access, and making patients wait nearly a month only to turn them away due to staff incompetence is unprofessional and disrespectful. I rearranged my schedule, waited weeks, and trusted the information given by this office, only to have my time wasted and my care delayed. This caused unnecessary stress and showed a clear lack of concern for patients' mental health and well-being. If you are considering this practice, be aware that insurance verification may not be reliable. I hope management takes responsibility and fixes this issue so others do not have to go through the same experience."

"Dr. Clop is really caring. She listens to my concerns & knows exactly what to do to help me feel better. I've had several shots & a nerve ablation done in my lower back. They were all mostly painless. She is so gentle with her patients. The whole staff at the office is also so caring and very nice."

"The medical assistants do not answer the phone nor do they call you back. My medication has been waiting for their approval for over a month and now going on two months. When I call them to inquire what the hold up is with my approval the front desk says they can see that it's waiting for the approval and it's just waiting for the medical assistants to approve it. They transfer me over there and no one answers. I leave a message and no one calls back. What is the point in prescribing medication, giving 3 little samples of it then never approving the medication. I shouldn't have to drive up there to get it approved. The second issue I have is the doctor referred me to radiology to get a CT done. The insurance AND the radiology place has contacted the doctor numerous times to get more information on why it's needed. Dr has never updated the notes to be more explanatory so I haven't been able to even get the CT done. After I finally get my medication, I will never return here. They are disorganized and do not really care about patients."
