"I've had a great experience at Spear, particularly working with Lexi over the past five months! I came to Spear to treat some chronic knee issues which I've gone to PT for twice previously. I was looking for someone whose specialty is in dancers and performing artists, and Lexi was the perfect fit. She is very kind, friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She gave me more in depth explanations for my condition that I had not heard before and provided me with a lot of new exercises (especially ones that targeted my needs as a dancer) that I had not done in my previous PT experiences. The treatment has greatly reduced my pain and allowed me to feel a lot stronger and more stable in my daily activities and my dancing. I appreciated that Spear was able to accommodate my busy schedule as a student and was very flexible when I needed to reschedule. Their app system and frequency of appointments helped me stay on track and maintain progress with frequent check-ins. I would recommend Spear for anyone looking for a supportive PT environment!"
