"I had major shoulder surgery and had to get occupational therapy. I've never had to have physical therapy before and never want to again. This facility was the closest one to my home and that offered a therapist for my needs. I hated going to this facility. I liked my therapist but the facility, the way it was managed and the manager and some of the other staff were terrible. I dreaded going every single time. Here are some things that happened during my 4 months of going which by the way, I did not finish because I just couldn't go there any longer. I just couldn't. 1. The place is old, smelly and they literally ration cheap paper water cups for the water cooler. Water is room temp. They are too cheap to plug it in. Bathrooms are dirty. It just smells bad in there. 2. The manager, stays on his cellphone while literally doing therapy services on patients. He's not watching them or what he is doing. He's just watching his phone not paying attention to anyone. 3. My therapist was made to juggle 4-5 patients at a single time. Which basically resulted in me driving there, doing exercises alone and unsupervised. I can do that at home. Which I am now until a find a new place. 4. The assistants for the therapists have horrible personalities and attitudes. They are disgruntled and very unhappy. Probably the cheap and rude manager causing it. 5. My therapist was a nice person but was forced to work amongst terrible conditions and co-workers. It's a shame. I went for two surgeon follow up appointments while doing therapy there and both times he said I had not progressed to where I should be. He asked what was going on and I told him they don't pay attention to what I'm doing or not doing. He said I needed a new therapist. 6. Im doubled insured. They did not care about me. Only the money. In fact if I canceled an appointment, the cheap manager made the front desk person immediately call me back to schedule another appointment. It wasn't because they cared about me. It was because they wanted the money. Don't go here. I gave two stars for my nice therapist only. Find PT somewhere else. You may have to drive a little farther but it will be worth."

I mainly interacted with Chloe and Chase but the whole team were super friendly and accommodating. They made sure to work within my work schedule.
