"I specifically sought out Dr. Poehling-Monaghan to diagnose and treat my knee issue and received the most substandard care I've ever received in my life. She was incredibly flippant and dismissive as I told her of my previous injuries (relevant to this injury), did not touch me although she noted in my records that she completed physical examinations that require a doctor to touch the patient, then ended the appointment abruptly without asking if I had any questions. I have already switched to another provider but at this point in engaging with the practice as a whole including regional managers, I will not patronize this practice anymore. Take your aches and pains to orthopedic practices with better quality care and appropriate bedside manner when interacting with patients."
