"I can't say enough great things about Dr. Tim Erickson and his amazing team--Sabrina and Hannah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported. They are warm, professional, and always go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant experience. I came in January with persistent leg pain, which I had been struggling with for a while. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Tim ordered X-rays before doing any adjustments--which I really appreciated. He took the time to carefully study the images and fully understand the root of the issue before creating a personalized treatment plan. It turned out that the pain was due to a misaligned pelvis and nerve compression in my lower spine. Dr. Tim recommended a course of 28 visits, and I started feeling noticeable relief after just the first session. "I didn't know what to expect outside of the usual 'crack you and send you on your way' model of chiropractic that was used to. Even though this was my first visit I can say this place is different for all the RIGHT reasons. Everything from the reception process. I was greeted by two very nice women that guided me every step of the way. My x-ray tech was very kind & thorough as I'm not the easiest to x-ray. To top it all off Dr. Erickson was amazing. Not only was his experience and knowledge on point in dealing with my nearly broken body he is ahead of his game with his practice using innovative tools & process that was nothing short of miracle so far. "I was in the middle of an IVF treatment preparing for embryo transfer, when at my last ultrasound it was discovered that my lining was too thin. The doctor suggested acupuncture to promote blood flow to the uterus. With 5 days to transfer, I desperately searched for an acupuncturist with last minute appointments. I came across Symmetry Chiropractic and Acupuncture on Google and called to make an appointment. The staff was super kind, accommodating and scheduled an appointment within 20 minutes same day. I had never been to an acupuncturist and did not know what to expect. Doctor Tim listened to my concerns (however out of the ordinary) and recommended electro acupuncture and softwave therapy to the lower abdomen to reduce inflammation and promote blood flow. I did one treatment before my embryo transfer and it worked!! My lining thickened, transfer was successful and I am now 10 weeks pregnant with our miracle baby. I will be forever grateful I came across Symmetry!"

"False advertisement - they claimed the first consultation is free. It was not. After 3 hours of waiting, denial of HMO insurance coverage and tons of paperwork, one electro session cost $49 and the doctor recommended 8 continuing sessions (must pay out of pocket) at a minimum to determine effectiveness."
