"Definitely not the place you want to be seen or have your family members be seen. We arrived 15 minutes late for an appointment, eventhough we checked in virtually enroute to their practice. The Manager, Practice Manager and Front Desk lied about our time of arrival that is written on check-in sheet. The Sinai Administrator said the clinic told her that we were 45 minutes late. WE LEFT after waiting 30 minutes. The Physician Dr Gaertner REFUSED to see us . When asked for late policy they could NOT produce it. The waiting room was EMPTY. Where is their integrity and compassion? I would NOT come here or bring my family here. The Physician could have chosen to see us, but she didn't. It speaks volumes about her as a Provider."
