"Absolutely unacceptable experience. I called this office to request the name of the doctor responsible for a surgery on my boyfriend's left shoulder, which resulted in serious complications. Instead of helping, Mal -- the staff member who answered -- was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me the doctor's name, refused to provide the office address, and then hung up on me mid-conversation after telling me to "get off the phone." This is not just poor customer service -- this is gross negligence and a complete lack of respect for patients and their families. No medical professional, or anyone representing a medical office, should ever behave this way. If this is how they treat people seeking basic information, I can only imagine how they handle patient care. I strongly urge anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere for safe, ethical, and compassionate medical treatment."
