Testimonials
"I have been going to physical therapy here since my total knee replacement back in mid September. The entire staff is great. Special shout out to Thomas Olexsovich who has been my primary therapist. He is knowledgeable, caring, and funny. He knows just how far to push me without pushing over the edge. I have been to many physical therapy locations and this is by far my best experience and Thomas is by far the best therapist I have worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone."
"The staff at Medstar Physical Therapy in Ellicott City, and specifically Tom Olexsovich, provided great care for me as I recovered from knee replacement surgery. Tom pushed me, which helped considerably with my recovery, but did so with a pleasant and friendly manner. I felt that he listened to me and worked with me. I would highly recommend Tom and his colleagues."
"I had eight weeks of physical therapy at MedStar for knee pain and back pain. My physical therapist, Vishal Vijapurkar, was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and he did his best to help me. He and the rest of the staff were all very nice. I truly appreciate the excellent care that I received at the MedStar Physical Therapy location in Ellicott City."
"I spent upwards of $3000 and 4 months only to learn that many of the exercises prescribed were inadequate for my condition. Maybe if you are less active or have a mild injury, this office would be good enough. For an athlete or a person with a more severe injury, go find a sports PT office that looks like a gym inside, hires DPTs, and does actual scientific strength measurements to make sure you are ready for the next exercise. My provider was kind enough to my face, but I routinely heard the other providers gossiping about other patients, which is rude and unprofessional. Hard to really know what someone's been through in their life or why it might be challenging for some people to keep up with exercises."
"Very professional in all aspects. The physical therapy provided by Vishal and Kevin worked great. I experienced vast improvement, minimizing any pain. Vishal provided me with various physical routines that I continue using in my workouts. Its become a routine."
"The entire staff was very professional and caring. I was on an abduction arm sling for 6 weeks after my rotator cuff surgery because my surgeon informed me that I had quite an extensive injury. I was left with a frozen shoulder and some muscle atrophy because of this and my wife had to help me with my hygiene and was the one driving me to the rehab facility. My therapist, together with the PT team were quite knowlegeable and efficient and after just one month of therapy I have been able to drive myself to the facility and maintain my hygiene independently."
"Excellent practice. Ellen is very knowledgeable and knows how to approach a given issue even when it's not a black and white situation. A good problem solver and excellent hands and mind! All the employees I have had contact with are kind and have the best interest of their clients at the forefront."
"My team of therapists developed a great therapy plan for my rehab. Every time I have had a session, the receptionists were courteous and professional. My appointments started on time and it is a pleasure to work with the staff of professionals who truly care about their patients."
