"The receptionist with purple hair was nasty and rude. She asked communication skills with incoming patients and would literally smart off to me if I had a question. The rest of the staff was very nice and answered any questions I had. Dr. Hoffman was amazing, knowledgeable and had respect for me to chat with me and open to my concerns. I give the staff 5 stars and the receptionist 2 stars. She should be in the halls cleaning and not in patient service or better yet not in her position."
