"Original review; I think everyone is trying their best, but the source of the problems still seem elusive. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wish the cause could be found and helped without so many different procedures. I realize there can be multiple sources of symptoms so I hope that is found soon. Updated Dec 2025 Dr Amin performed another procedure for me ( some of previous procedures were diagnostic), which I knew there would normally be a bit of discomfort afterwards. I had asked during the prep for the procedure, if Dr Amin himself would be performing the procedure, because that was important to me, and the response was that he is very particular about placement of the needles for accuracy and would definitely be doing that. So that eased my mind a lot, hoping to get good results. ALL of the staff at the Rush Surgery Center Oak Brook were excellent. Especially Suzie, the prep and post op nurse. She and the anesthesiologists were very thorough and made me comfortable. Update Feb 2026 I received an in-office injection that gave me immediate relief. The 100% relief lasted a little while, so I've been advised of another option that can be tried. The staff was efficient and friendly as usual."

"Will not go back. My forms had to be completed three times. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes at 8:30am. How are you running that late at 8:30am?! The physicians assistants were knowledgeable and kind. As for Dr. Amin, he was curt and uncaring. The surgery he demanded I schedule was deemed unnecessary by two other spine pain doctors I have seen since."
