Dr. Yan Sun

"Nothing negative about Dr. Sun but the women with glasses in the front was very rude and inpatient. She would not help me call my insurance to see if my deductible is met but instead wants me to pay what ever her computer says which is over $150. She said if I can't pay for deductible in cash then she would have to reschedule me. Im like are you serious. Which medical establishment does not except credit card? So I call insurance myself. Naturally my deductible was met and only need to pay co-payment. After telling her that my deductible was met she still insisted that I pay the $150 and will refund me the difference. At that point I was furious . I wasn't going to leave the office until I see the doctor. She had the other assistant call my insurance and of course everything matches. That's when she calms down. Never in my life had I experience such poor service!!!"
