Toscana Medispa and Wellness Center

"I purchased service from this spa through Groupon. This is the second time I made an appointment here and it has been forgotten (they offered to upgrade to a microdermabrasion facial) or rescheduled (they claimed I called to reschedule) by the business. The receptionist downright lied this morning and said that I called to reschedule the appointment for a different time. This makes absolutely no sense because I have a meeting scheduled for that time that can't be missed. Furthermore, I was at work at the time. Who would get up early on a Saturday morning to go to an appointment that they "rescheduled for the afternoon"? Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced."

"I am very pleased with the service at Toscano Medispa. The staff is courteous, friendly, & professional and they are all attentive to your needs. I've had several services done there & each service rendered was awesome. I especially like the environment: pristine, peaceful, & serene. This is definitely a spot you want to visit for your beauty & health care needs. Even if you've been before & it's been a while, I suggest you come back, it's worth it."

"Toscana Medispa From the minute you walk into Toscana you hope you have found a relaxing spa. You have. The most amazing price they have on the menu is $50 for a body scrub but all of their prices are very reasonable. The facility is clean and comfortable. They always seem to have staff that have been well trained in making sure you are well taken care of. Good linen, complimentary wine if you'd like it. I usually take a glass or two of white while I'm there."

"Do NOT buy the groupon for this place. I have been trying relentlessly to get a hold of somebody I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and emailed and nobody has gotten back to me or my sister within days . Very disappointing as I was hoping to schedule an appointment for my sisters birthday. Even if they get back to me I've heard reviews that they pretend you didn't have an appointment and often cancel and I don't want to risk that. I will be making a comment to Groupon regarding this as well. I'm not one to write negative reviews but if there is one thing I can't stand it's awful customer service."

"Toscana Medispa provided a wonderful experience!!! It is neat, clean and has a great ambiance. The personnel are helpful and courteous and Dr. Jennings is WONDERFUL! He is extremely friendly and willing to assist with anything I needed. I absolutely recommend them for any of your spa needs!!!"

"If you are looking at these reviews because of GROUPON, don't bother. I called and made an appointment with no problem, but the morning of my appointment they called me at work to say "Dr. Bennett no longer works here, go get a refund from Groupon." Not Groupon's fault, but what a hot mess."

"My name is Laila Sherzad, and I just want to start off by saying this place is amazing!! The people especially the doctor which I am seeing for my treatments is beyond great. Dr. Jennings. I came to Toscana before like couple years ago, and the first time I spoke to Dr. Jennings he was so nice, he explained everything that he does in the medispa and the services. I wanted to lose weight because I was fat and I did not like the way my body looked. After coming and talking to Dr. Jennings and encouragement, the medicine, the services he give me I did lose my fat. He is a great doctor, he is trustworthy, and he will spend time and work with you, and give any body the results you are looking for. I am still coming to Dr. Jennings, I still will in the future."

"if they had a star lower than 1 that's what i would rate this place, horrible dirty and iam suprised they are still in bussiness what a waste of my danm time and money this place was! i went there when they had spa week special $50 for full bodyscrub i asked a friend if she wanted to go there? her respond was for what? i can take a shower at home i dont need to go there? it seems like she had a horrible experience there and did not want to talk about it. to make long stories short i went there with the intension of relaxing peacefully instead i came out as a bomb waiting to be explode thats how mad i was with this place. no i dont blame the person that was working there i blame the owner for hiring ghetto careless people to work for them. my experience was like 15 minutes and all she did was rub my arm and leg i swear to God what the F***! was that? yup thats all she did and i asked was that all her respond was yes i have another appointment soon. you know what i was in a good mood at that time i just paid and leave i could not blame her she is not suitable for that kind of work like i said i blame the owner, my warning to you is STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOSCONA PLACE"
