"I had a wonderful experience at CT Family Physical Therapy. I experienced lingering pain and very limited mobility after rotator cuff surgery. Immediately after starting PT my flexibility increased and pain decreased exponentially. I was slated to complete PT twelve weeks after my rotator cuff surgery and at my seven week check up I showed such improvement that my doc told me I could discontinue PT and resume yoga and regular exercise. The space at CT Family Physical Therapy is bright and airy, the staff is lovely and, most importantly, they deliver great results. Highly recommend!"

My sessions were tailor made to suit my needs, Mike is flexible and attentive, observing carefully while I did my exercises, always checking that they were being done correctly. It was encouraging to see my progress, and being able to use the ski machine! The video links of exercises to be done at home between appointments were also very helpful. It was reassuring to be treated by a well qualified professional, and best of all to be playing tennis again.
