"I am not someone who typically complains, but I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit tonight. I chose this place based on the great reviews and even drove 25 minutes out of my way to come here. I specifically requested a deep tissue massage, yet I left with the same knots in my back that I had before the session. At no point did the therapist ask about my pressure preference. The massage felt very light, almost as if I was being gently patted, and was not a deep tissue massage at all. I was very disappointed with my first visit. Afterward, I called to express my concerns and was met with an unhelpful response. The only thing I was told was, "I'm sorry, I'll talk to my girls," which did not feel like appropriate customer service given the experience."
