They never complained, and were able to accommodate me right after the 2nd arrival after 45 min despite many ppl waiting (due to a need of my kids being picked up from school on time). Anika was very understanding and professional. Dr Chacko's bedside manner and thorough medical explanation and diagnosis were clear and on point, and I was able to receive trigger point injections with no issues. Highly recommended!"
