"I saw Anna Pershouse Kosky for a back injury this spring. As a high level athlete, she was able to get me back in the water in time to swim in college. I was hopeless and unsure that I'd be able to swim without pain ever again, but Anna helped me physically and mentally recover from this injury. Each day we worked together I saw progress as my pain started to fade. She works very closely with patients and their care team ensuring that they receive the best care possible. "The stationary bike had dust and dirt on the space between the pedals. They use the same pillow for different patients. The tables were worn. The staff stand in the back of the facility and joke and talk amongst themselves leaving the patients without interaction or direction. One of the staff discussed another patient in my presence. A cancelled appointment was not relayed to the therapist. I discontinued going there after 4 sessions."
