Testimonials
"Knowledgeable and kind physical therapists who have helped me strengthen my back. They are patient and great communicators. John does magic with his dry needling and adjustments. I highly recommend!"
"FFPT in Silver Spring has a great physical therapy program. I found them online and was pleased that they were located close to my home. After contacting them directly, I have been in constant contact via email or text. Online documents were provided for completion and a workout schedule was finalized after my first visit. Jon Suh was assigned as my PT Specialist and he is wonderful. He has a professional demeanor and quickly identified my shoulder pressure points to begin therapy. I have completed my second visit and am excited that results are beginning to be made in a short period of time. In follow-up, I am updating my initial review on FTTP in Silver Spring (Wheaton), MD. Over several weeks, I completed 13 sessions and have little to no pain in my neck or shoulder. A workout exercise program was developed to target my nerves and shoulder areas. I did have to put effort into completing the same workout on days not at FTTP but it was worth it to feel better without pain. I applaud the entire staff for being professional and in giving me the tools to feel better."
"Forever Fit is an excellent physical therapy practice. All of the providers I saw were highly trained and attentive to my needs and progress. Greg, in the downtown Silver Spring location, guided me on a targeted and wholistic program that I can maintain on my own. Their app is also a very helpful tool to monitor your exercises and communicate with your PT team."
"Forever Fit was fantastic - the whole team was wonderful and very skilled; the platform and app are truly helpful, especially having a detailed exercise list with videos & details I can check off; the office staff & digital scheduling was always easy; and the patient to PT ratios were probably the best I've seen in the areas. My knee is totally better, they're doing a great job for a friend with complex issues, and I've already recommended them to another friend looking for PT."
"I was recommended to this office by a coworker. I was impressed with the knowledge, service and treatment by all 3 therapists I worked with. Jasmine, David and John were all three excellent therapists. Appointments always started on time and it was a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere."
"Shortly after a hip surgery I received physical therapy at Fit Forever Wheaton. It's a very convenient location and the parking is free and easily accessible. The providers I worked with were superior and personable. In just a few visits I was on track to rebound from surgery beyond my expectations."
"I worked with and would highly recommend John S. From a sports injury a couple years ago, I had intermittent and nagging discomfort in my knee and impinged freedom of movement. John quickly diagnosed my issue as kneecap misalignment, and directed me through exercises to address this during several weeks of visits. When initially doing the exercises, I was surprised by how weak my affected knee was versus the other. But my knee's strength improved substantially, and the discomfort receded over the several weeks of PT. John progressed me from more basic to more involved exercises as my knee improved. Beyond the exercises, I also got a lot of benefit from "dry needling" which John mentioned early on, but wasn't pushy about. Near the end, after I had benefited a lot from the exercises (& getting info from John on where to use my massage gun at home more effectively), but wasn't progressing as much, I opted for dry needling, which got me as much benefit as the several weeks of exercise. But YMMV. Also, (i) John was often working with me and another patient/client simultaneously, but that wasn't an issue; and (ii) the office setting may seem busy initially, but there is a nice orchestration among the physical therapists there."
"Though I primarily worked with John Suh, I had the opportunity to work with every therapist at FFPT Wheaton over the course of almost 6 months. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While some sessions were harder than others (planks, ugh!), I really felt cared for each time."
