"When I went there for my initial visit, the place was an hour and a half from my house. They told me that I would need to see them four times (which actually ended up being 6) before receiving special mittens on my hands and feet to get rid of the neuropathy. So after my initial visit, I went back 6 times and then when it came to my last visit I had to see the doctor. The doctor had to leave due to an emergency so I had to reschedule to come back again, drive another hour and a half just to see the doctor. The doctor told me that I do not qualify for the special gloves and Footies because I had told her I did not have any pain in my initial visit so I drove an hour and a half there twice a week just for them to tell me I couldn't get the final treatment. She told me she would write me a script for physical therapy, but I was so over them. The Physical Therapy was OK but it was all for nothing and they kept charging me even when I had a visit to see the doctor and she wasn't there so I had to come back. They are a waste of time. They are a waste of money, and they send you off just to get your business , I would like to be compensated for gas!!"

"Went in with knee pain everyday and night and was starting to feel limiting mobility. After the 3rd PRP I really started to feel the effects and swelling is gone. I spent the weekend on my ladder painting the house which would have been a non starter 4 months ago. I was skeptical. But so glad I took the leap of faith. Staff is great and so is Dr El-Baghdadi."

"They asked me to share a review so here it goes. I'm not one to complain but wow this is not the place you want to go. They saw me on a Thursday for a leg injury and then no doctor was in until Monday so I had to keep working 12 hours on it. When I called Friday the receptionist was extremely rude when I asked about results. I came earlier that week and wasn't seen due to paperwork they wanted filled out first. Once I said I had my own insurance they wanted to put me on PT but said no work restrictions for me to even get that done. Would definitely not recommend here."

" I will never go back here! I don't write many bad reviews, but there is no way I could let this situation slide. I was interested in this place for their stem cell shots for my knees and was informed by staff that this procedure is not currently covered by my insurance and it would only cost me $250 dollars. I agree to pay and had this done back in March of 2021, but then I receive a bill from their office for additional $298.49 which I called to complained about and I was told this was for the additional charges for the this procedure. If I had I been properly informed of this I would not have proceeded, not only was the procedure painful, I found the whole process un-professional and will never go back here!"

"0 ZERO STARS, Do you take my major health care insurance "YES" SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE 1st Bill around $800 Stop the service, what was so hard about telling me I'm not in network for my health care ???????? After stoping the service, bill total out around $1600. Most health care providers tell me up front..... "there will be no surprises"....not this aggressive place. Treatment is to aggressive & medical procedure did nothing. When it comes to the body a gentle one step at a time approach is best. Just because their in prestigious towns people assume it is good ethical treatment NOT NOT NOT!"

"Everyone at PRI Pain Relief Institute in Elmhurst has been super nice and aid in my comfort and progress. This is so important to me especially because I don't want to have to take drugs on a daily basis for pain. I have an old neck, spine injury and Dr. Mariam El-Baghdadi is understanding and implements a plan of action which helps me feel less pain and I can be the active person I enjoy being. "I received what was supposed to be stem cells from a pregnant woman to help my hip pain. I paid $3000 for two vials and got no results at all. Actually, the pain has been worse since then. I was told that some people get great results and some don't. I guess I was the latter. Very disappointed. Very nice people though."
