Testimonials

Iryna Yelizarova

"Dr. Donald Chung treated my daughter for a broken wrist, and we couldn't be more grateful for the care she received. From the very first visit, he was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He explained everything clearly and gave us real peace of mind during a stressful time. The team at Englewood Hospital was outstanding -- attentive, compassionate, and even brought a sense of humor that helped calm her nerves before surgery. The surgery was a complete success, and she regained full mobility within just one month. We are beyond thankful for the excellent care and outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate orthopedic surgeon."

"Highly recommend for treatment of frozen shoulder. First of all, the office is very well run and professional. I was able to get an appointment, be seen by a nurse, get immediate imaging and then meet with Dr. Chuang in what feels like minutes. In the amount of time it usually takes to wait to see a doctor, the team had already accomplished so much. I was suffering from severe pain in my right shoulder. I couldn't hug someone, lift weights, raise my arm or get dressed without help. As an active person who loves to exercise and needs to be able to use my strength to carry groceries and travel with heavy bags, etc. this was crushing to me. Months of PT did not improve my condition until I saw Dr. Chuang & followed his advice. Based on his evaluation, surgery was not needed but consistent PT and daily stretching was required. He showed me stretches, provided helpful insight and information and said that I should see improvement with regular PT. If I wasn't seeing improvement, I should change PT providers, which I did. I got a Rx for an anti-inflammatory med and a cortisone shot to help relieve the pain and made proper PT bearable. After a month of seeing a far better physical therapist (Spear) than the previous one I was seeing, I made significant progress and no longer needed medication. I continued with just PT and was able to overcome this condition. I cannot express how grateful I am to have my life back."

"Dr. Chuang couldn't have been kinder or more helpful when treating my broken wrist. He was incredibly detailed in his treatment and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. I was seen quickly and all the office staff were really lovely. Highly, highly recommend!"
