ATI Physical Therapy

"They are not very organized. The instructors seem to be very distracted, do not follow through with instructions when beginning exercises and expect you to just know what to do. The front desk is rarely maintained with a staff member. They do not focus on just one patient, but often 2-3 different patients at the same time, or as I am told based on whether your insurance pays for one on one time. Only one instructor named Adam was the best of several other instructors I had. They will bill you for every 15 minute sessions and extra for evaluation and any one on one time spent and any personal massages you may need. Athletico is pretty much the same way and yet Athletico was slightly better. On my last day they said nothing, didn't know it was my last, and did not try to schedule me any further sessions. They have more equipment and a larger center but their knowledge of treating your pain is basic standard exercises that I experienced at a Athletico center. I had better hopes for reducing my pain, and when it came to massaging the muscles they were extremely weak in any deep tissue massage."

"They are all very nice and are very good at what they do. If I ever need to go for physical therapy again, they will certainly see me back at that location. I can't remember everybody's name, but the two ladies were amazing."

"I highly recommend going to ATI Avondale for any OT needs. Michele is a phenomenal hand therapist. She helped me through a work wrist injury and got me to a place of function I started to doubt was possible. I cannot recommend her and Justin enough. They are amazing providers as well as great people and they advocate so well for patients. I am so appreciative of their expertise and cannot imagine where I would be without them."
