"I contacted Dr Steiner to ask a couple of clarifying questions before booking my first appointment. Her office staff informed me that there was no way to talk with her on the phone and that they could answer my questions, they did not seem motivated to help me or make me feel like this chiropractor could meet my needs. The inability to speak directly with Dr Steiner and the lackluster attitude of her front office staff led me to pursue other treatment. If you are an atypical patient in any way (I have neurodivergent specific needs) then this office is likely not for you, it was not worth the risk of a complete failure for me."

"I have seen multiple other chiropractors over the years for back and neck stiffness and Dr Steiner is by far the most skilled one I've seen so far. Had a bad neck/back flare the past two weeks and within SECONDS after her adjustment it was GONE. Today was my first visit so I'm not sure if it will last forever but even if it lasts for just a few days I'll be a happy camper and definitely coming back. She definitely knows what she is doing."

I've had many different needs over the years and she has been great at resolving them all. "Dr Mary Steiner has been not only my chiropractor for the last ten plus years but she has become the chiropractor for many many of my friends and family who we referred to her. She not only takes her time and is personable with each client, she cares about their health, not just their bones lol, and she has always been sincere and caring.
