"First 2 visits were great. The 3rd visit my PT was not there, was being told vague instructions from across the room no guidance if it was being done correctly or time limits or # or reps. Was left 3 times with no instructions. This wasn't necessary the fault of the staff they clearly didn't have enough peoole to cover what need to be done with the # of people there to be seen, but we're trying to make it work. That not what PT is."
