"I have had terrible knee pain for years after an injury. I see my knee doctor regular, go to physical therapy, and even receive PRP injections twice a year. I foam roll everyday to keep the pain under control. Chanah treated me for my knees and I noticed a greater range of motion almost immediately. This isn't my first time receiving acupuncture as my knee doctor had given me 2 treatments a week for 5 weeks straight last year. The one session with Chanah was more impactful than all 5 weeks with my doctor. She is patient in asking and listening to me describe my condition, extremely gentle with her needling, articulate in setting my expectations on different sensations I would feel from different pressure points, and very helpful in suggestions of herbs and activities that could help alleviate the pain. She was also thorough in logging details of the session. Acupuncture is often compared to exercising where one does not get a six pack from one session but I felt like I definitely got a 2 pack at least from the first sesh. I am excited to see how additional treatments will help with my overall knee and lower back pain. Really couldn't recommend her more."
