"Nura was a pleasure to work with after my pelvic floor surgery. She is an excellent listener, quite knowledgeable and very sensitive. Nura got me safely back to my pre-surgical fitness level with new exercises and modifications to my old routine. I highly recommend Nura to anyone needing this kind of specialized physical therapy."

"POTSies & Long Covid Sufferers; this is the place for you!! #1 if you mask, your provider will automatically put on a K-95 mask! So grateful for this practice Next, Mollie Kam is the most knowledgeable provider I've ever seen on pots, dysautonomia, long covid, hyper-mobility, and FND! She has helped me build up an incredible team of competent providers that actually understand my conditions. Nura has gone above and beyond to support my pelvic floor needs. They are gender affirming, trauma-informed, and work closely with Mollie to ensure holistic care! As a trans person it makes a huge difference to have a queer pelvic floor provider. I cannot recommend this practice enough! If you've been doing PT elsewhere and getting worse, don't give up hope, Set might be able to help!"

"Being an avid runner, I have worked with many physical therapists over the years on a variety of orthopedic issues. The physical therapists at Set PT are among the very best. I have been working with Ashley and Aimee for some time now with excellent results. They are always upbeat and positive and completely invested in my treatment and tailor their approach to my specific needs which have varied over time. I would highly recommend Set PT to anyone!"

"I've received physical therapy several times over the past 10-15 years and SetPT is stellar and the best practice I've been to. I saw Belinda Black for abdominal separation after having a baby. Belinda was extremely knowledgeable about the topic, explained the issue and her approach in an easy to understand way, and patiently helped me work to resolve the issue. I very much appreciated her practicality towards PT - she would prioritize the exercises to do at home that were the most effective to do in my available time. She was also really engaging to talk to during our in-person sessions. I highly recommend!"

"The physical therapists at SET PT are some of the most dedicated, kind, people you can work with. Morgan Panzer has worked with me for almost a year and has introduced various treatment techniques into my plan. The PTs are highly skilled at dry needling techniques, a procedure that has given me the most relief for my muscle pain. Not only do the PTs spend more quality time with patients than other practices during sessions, but they spend time outside of the clinic answering emails, texts, and any other concerns you may have in between sessions. If you are looking for quality care with young, relatable and fun PTs, choose SET PT. Update - unfortunately after nearly 4 years of seeing SET PT I had to seek alternative treatment because nobody could seem to figure out why I was having my pain patterns. I switched to regenerative medicine and then my chiro who I currently would trust with my life. Thinking back on my experience with Set PT, it was too expensive, too ineffective, and didn't solve my problems at all. I was sent in circles doing exercises that weren't right for my injury and was encouraged to deadlift before I was comfortable doing so. I would find another office the next time I got injured. The worst part was that after being bounced around to two PTs, nobody followed up with me when I abruptly stopped doing, I guess nobody really had time to care how I was doing. I still wonder if they wonder about me and my difficult case but I doubt it."

"Ashley Baker has helped me tremendously over the past year. I herniated my L5S1 disc about 2 years ago and could barely walk because I was in so much pain. Epidurals didn't work, and I thought I would need back surgery. But physical therapy with Ashley has alleviated all pain and I'm back exercising again as if nothing happened! Ashley is very attentive and teaches her patients how to be proactive and about exercises and stretches for preventing injuries in the future. She's also very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her if you're experiencing back pain (or any type of pain)."

"I've been seeing Ashley over the past months to treat an injured hamstring and I'm extremely satisfied with her services, care and knowledge. She has been of tremendous help to get me back to my running, which I treasure very much. She has in-depth knowledge about the type of injury that bothers me. She is great with exercises and advice/tips for me to do at home or gym. Moreover, she communicates quite often with my physician, which is fabulous. She's lovely. I highly recommend Ashley."

"I have been seeing Aimee Schuh at SET Physical Therapy and could not be more happy with the treatment. I have a complicated case with an injury and multiple surgeries but she has really helped me make a substantial recovery and regain my quality of life. I would recommend Set Physical Therapy for high quality treatment and individualized attention."
