We did shockwave therapy to help with soft tissue, a foot leveler scan to analyze my arch, the Graston technique to break up tension, adjustments, and hands-on soft tissue work (ART). I appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable he was throughout the appointment. I left feeling noticeably looser and more aligned.
