"No problem with Dr. Ross but it was difficult to get in touch with his office for follow-up advice/treatment. When I called, nobody ever picked up. I had the choice of being called back or going to text conversation. Twice, on different days, the call back just beeped when I picked up. Nobody ever answered the phone. When I chose the text, I was called back on one occasion 4 days later and the next time a day later with directions to schedule an ultrasound. The recommended site for the ultrasound could not give me an appt nearby in Westchester for 8 months! I was told I could go to Long Island if I wanted an appt sooner. It wasn't worth the time to me, to try to reach someone to possibly help me find a new ultrasound site. I went to a new doctor and am being treated. Glad I switched."
