ATI Physical Therapy

"Unfortunately, i am lowering my review due to my experience with their billing department. Again, the staff at the location are fantastic and this is not their fault, but the billing office were just sending some random numbers basically to my insurance, sometimes exceeding $600 for an hour, avg Around $500 per hr of rendered pt sessions, basically in an attempt to extort more or less as much money as they can; shady billing practices. Just because a patient has a specific insurance doesnt mean you should charge them 5 times what you usually would, shameful really, but that is the unfortunate reality of 90%+ of the healthcare industry. Original review: The staff i dealt with is spectacular; specially my pt, Katy, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people recover. I was pleasantly surprised by how precise her knowledge was and she built an extremely effective program for me; i wish the medical doctors i deal with were this passionate and knowledgeable lol. My biggest gripe is that sometimes i felt that the pt's were given way too many clients to deal with at the same time. The pt's were great in their ability to jump back and forth and give an experience that is as seamless as possible, but i still couldn't help but think that they are being handed more work than they should. This was my first and only experience with pt, so maybe this is just industry standard im not aware off, but i really believe that at the prices clients/insurance are charged, that the company can afford to provide a little bit more personalized experience. Again, the pt's were absolutely spectacular and dealt with this very efficiently, but i cant help but to think how much better it could be if they were limited to maybe 3 clients at once."

"I had bad fall and needed a radial head replacement. Needless to say I need that arm to work in my field ...thanks to Rom and Cece and their knowledge and pushing me they got me back earlier then we thought. The family feel and being so comfortable in the facility made it easy to go to therapy. They got me back and I cannot thank them enough. Also to Lauren their PT tech aide I watched her grow from just starting when I started and when I finished how much she grew in confidence was noticeable...keep it up!!!"
