"Doctor Osgood may be a good surgeon, but he is not a good person, and his medical assistants in the JHH Orthopedic Department are rude and unprofessional. Doctor Osgood was also very arrogant and condescending when responding to my questions and did not appropriately address my concerns WTH"

"I broke my left clavicle in a bicycling accident, but am fortunate to have a good friend who happens to be an orthopedic surgeon. After canvasing the greater Washington D.C. area, my friend was able to refer me to Dr. Osgood as the best in the region. Dr. Osgood was the second opinion that I received and his assistance has been first class. Repairing my left clavicle required a Open Reduction Internal Fixation, as well as replacement of 2 ligaments. It turns out that he had recently performed this same procedure for another referral. "I was in a bad car accident. I was extremely scared, the ER was not a good experience. However , I eventually ended up in the care of Dr. Osgood and things got much better. He is a very caring professional. He has a wonderful presence about him and his team is awesome. His office assistant, Sherry, was always there to help me with paper work and prescriptions, and always called me back promptly. When I came in for my rechecks, his nurses were always pleasant and attentive. I felt very safe and secure in his care and I am extremely thankful that he is as skilled as he is. He did a wonderful job putting me back together, I had a very bad fractured femoral head and dislocated hip. In 5 months I am almost back to normal. "I can't say enough good things about this man . I broke my hip , leg and knee on my right leg and Dr Osgood and his staff took really good care of me . Most doctors from my experience treat you like your just work .My first surgery was in 2012 and then in 2014 my hip started bothering me and swelling . I went to a hospital close to my home and they sent me home afer 2 visits because it was nothing wrong. Finally I went to JH and after being check I was taken back right away and after being there for about a hour a Dr came in my room and said she worked for Dr Osgood and the he was personally taking over my care . I felt really important and honored that a flag went up and that him and his team were alerted of me being there and Dr Osgood made me feel like he generally cared about me as a person and his staff did as well. I highly recommend him as a excellent surgeon and a man of character."
