Angelo is knowledgeable, caring, and has developed a thorough plan to get me better and help me return to running/weightlifting. She was just PERFECT throughout my PT explaining everything to me as the physical process went on. I felt better after the many sessions I had with Pat but so sad when my PT Session was completed and I had to say goodby. "Angelo is fantastic but the rest of the Therapy staff leaves a lot to be desired. If you have to go here I would recommend only going to Angelo, they say its ok to share patients but significant difference in competence and customer service. Also closed on weekends. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else. So i have to edit this review and unfortunately give a 1 star review. Not only was i completely dissapointed with the care I received at this facility apparently they also are incompetent at billing insurances. I paid at time of service for every visit then I receive a bill for every date of service even though I already paid. I call billing office they see the error but need to perform an audit before making any changes. On top of all of this when I call my insurance they said I should not have paid at all my deductible and OOP max has already been met for the year. So now I have to wait for them to investigate their own errors than I have to go fight for all of my payments that i already submitted for every visit. Dont trust their insurance verification/benefits team. Call your insurance yourself and learn what your benefits are before handing over a nickel to this office."
