"I'm so grateful for the care I've received from Alexis and Ronnie at Athletico while rehabbing my shoulder fracture. They push me just enough to keep me improving without ever pushing so hard that I feel overwhelmed -- that balance means everything. Alexis is incredibly caring and reassuring, always making me feel supported and confident in the process. Ronnie is encouraging and motivating, bringing the kind of energy that pushes you to do a little more than you think you can. The entire office has such a balanced, positive vibe -- and the humor definitely helps on the tougher days. I truly appreciate the professionalism, support, and good energy every time I walk in. "The Athletico Morgan Park-Blue Island facility is clean. Their staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable therapists. I was accessed by PT, Michael A., who understood my injury and pain level; he created me a plan of care which did work and my pain began to slowly go away. His individualized exercise treatment plan has worked to help me improve my overall daily productivity and increase strength in my lower back and hip area. I followed the exercise app when not at the facility daily, well most days as instructed. And I looked forward to coming to the facility to meet new challenges weekly. I worked mostly with PTA, Ron W., once I worked with PTA, Alexis M., whom I observed is thorough, caring, and compassionate especially to her elderly patients. Ron is a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions regarding strategies on how to strengthen my core muscles so I won't injure myself again. I must say he is patient and takes time to make sure his patients are using the proper techniques so there are no re-injuries. Finally, shout out to the front desk staff Evelyn A., patient experience coordinator and Nateia who either greeted me as I came into the facility or answered the phone when I called with questions or needed to reschedule my appointment. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience at the Morgan Park-Blue Island facility and would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs exceptional physical therapy."

"The staff is very inviting warm and personal. I've been working out for years . I had a right hip injury due to my workout physical therapist. Michael has been educating me strengthening that hip . With the right tools and right condition. Ever now and then your body needs a tuneup and this is the right place to come and get it tuneup for any kind of injuries."

"Having to do work conditioning as a requirement to go back to work, I spent majority of my day here. Everyone is pleasant and friendly, especially the greeters. They all are very knowledgeable, in regards to getting you up and moving again SAFELY. They plan exercises accordingly and allow you to move at your own pace. Regardless of whose schedule you are on, everyone is helpful and very pleasant with assisting. Alexis, Mike, Mary, and Gabe were just a few of my favorites if I had to pick...even though I loved everyone. It's a nice space if you are ever considering physical therapy, I strongly suggest this place. Hopefully I never get hurt again to need physical therapy, but if I did....this would be my first pick.
