"Dr Manison is an excellent chiropractor but in addition to manipulation the dry needling therapy is unbelievable. There have been several times I have tweaked my back and after the dry needling therapy the pain is almost gone. I would recommend this therapy for anyone who tweaks a muscle. "I am a 22 year old competitive powerlifter, training anywhere from 4 to 7 days a week in the gym. Before Dr. Manison, I thought I was healthy and knew how to properly lift. "I was recommended to Dr. Manison through a fellow kettlebell athlete to correct issues that I have been challenged with for some time with my ankle/legs. He very quickly determined that my issues actually originate in my hips, and began treatment from the hips down. The treatments have greatly reduced the issues that I began seeing him for, and have assisted me in my training. "The staff at Columbia Advanced Chiropractic are the best that I have had to deal with and always make you feel at home. I had an injury late last year that required some treatment and Dr. Manison was able to aggressively go after the areas that needed to be taken cared of and provided me with exercises to do at home. He always seems to keep up to date in the latest ways to treat people and has a great way of connecting with his patients and making them understand what seems to be the problem and how he will fix it. That's why I came back to the office after dealing with another issue that popped up late winter/spring with my knee and ankle along with following up on my previous injury that I had. Unfortunately, Dr. Manison wasn't available, but had recently hired Dr. Surprenant. She is fairly new to the company, but it feels as though she has been around much longer. She shares the same knowledge, energy, and ability to connect with her patients as Dr. Mansion provides. She was able to quickly diagnose the problems I was experience and create a plan of action to resolve these issues. She has been very clear and honest to me as to what she is doing and how it's supposed to help and I believe it's been working. "I've been a patient of Dr.Manison off and on for almost five years. I was having problems with my neck and was headed towards surgery. If it wasn't for Dr. Manison's intensive treatment I wouldn't have recovered. Fast forward, I ended up having two frozen shoulders. Again, surgery was recommended.
