Testimonials

Shaun Qualheim

"Avoid this provider like the plague. While he was nice enough during the visit, when any follow-up was needed, the office literally ghosted us. We went in person, we called on the phone... Just nothing. This office is directly responsible for delaying necessary treatment; we ended up going to see people who are actually professional at NYU Langone. It's really unbelievable; I've never been treated so unprofessionally and with such negligence at a provider before. I tried escalating and Mount Sinai leadership never even responded. Awful, uncaring service. Just don't do it. Even though I've been loyal to Mount Sinai for many years now, this awful interaction was the catalyst for me starting to move my business elsewhere."

"Awful experience with this provider. Terrible follow-up. I had a fall and need to know the details of my injury for a proper rehab plan, but the provider/office never responded. I have waited for my test results for 2.5 weeks now; first, I patiently waited for 10 days, even though the radiology facility told me it would take 2-3 days. I called the office three times to get my results and they asked me to wait 2 days, then 1 day, and now 2 additional days again - still no results. For the last 2.5 weeks since the test, I might have been treating my injury the wrong way! They received the results but haven't shared them with me. I've never experienced this kind of unresponsiveness from a doctor. Terrible."

"Absolutely no follow up after i came in to have my shoulder looked at after a bad fall, wondering if i need PT, or what is the best treatment. Told me to get x ray which i did same day. After, i called to ask if i should come in and call center said wait for the doc to follow up. After several days i reached out again via their messaging app but no response. Again days later i called and still waiting for a response. Unreal to have gone a whole week and not any follow up at all. Doc seemed fine in person but how can there be absolutely no follow up?"
