"I recently completed 5 weeks of PT at Joint Pro in New Lenox. I dreaded going - I've been to PT before at another provider, so I hesitated - but I finally made the appointment. From the moment I walked through the door, I realized that not all PT providers are created equal. The Joint Pro facility in New Lenox was extremely clean, well-organized, well-staffed, and I was welcomed by each staff member. My initial dread turned to hope. My intake session with Keegan was thorough, but more importantly, he listened to me - he heard me. The assessment was done in a separate area, so we could talk and work through some exercises without the distraction of others. Now I was encouraged. As I began my sessions, each therapist increased my confidence that I would have positive results. The staff at the New Lenox facility is remarkable - caring, encouraging, helpful, patient - and they know their stuff. What impressed me most was how each explained, not just how the exercises are performed, but why they were important for my condition. I felt valued and worth their time. Joint Pro in New Lenox is what PT should be - and I'm grateful for the staff and their commitment to their clients' improvement - always with a kind word and a smile. "I've been to Joint Pro a few times over the past few years for various issues They give their clients close attention and customize PT sessions for their patients (unlike what has been my experience with other PT businesses in the past). I highly recommend that everyone make their own decisions about where to receive PT whenever possible! In most cases you have every right to make your own choice about where to receive PT. And that choice can make a big difference in your results! I would also highly recommend you give consideration to dry needle therapy when dealing with pain. "I found my way to Joint Pro in New Lenox on the advice of my ortho who assured me that I could get excellent rehab care there. He was correct. From my first session three months ago until my last session this week I was continually educated and challenged as my knee recovered. Nobody at Joint Pro was phoning it in. They asked questions about my knee, listened to my answers, and planned my sessions accordingly. They all responded to ups and downs in my recovery process with grace and humor, encouraging me to do my best, even when it definitely was not fun.
