"Monica or whatever her name is, very rude and unprofessional. She called me concerning my appointment which was fine and before the call ended I remembered my attorneys told me to ask a question due to the accident and my wage loss unfortunately the call ended and I called her to get responses to my question. Her response was rude and mean. To the extent that after she hung up the call, I think through and felt bad and disrespected, I had to call her to tell her I didn't like the way she talked to me. She showed no remorse or willingness to apologize at all. I had to end the call. Be polite, and be nice with Your words, very important"

"Dr. Cisneros is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. She connected my back pain, knee pain, and foot pain to vitamin D deficiency, low calcium and low magnesium. After 2 weeks of taking the proper supplements, my pain disappeared and I have not had any pain since. She did a micronutrient laboratory test to diagnose the problem. I was skeptical about taking vitamins, but once I did and took care of any deficiencies I had, the problems disappeared. She is an amazing doctor with modern technology. She also has to be one of the most thorough and caring doctors in Illinois. I have been to several doctors and physical therapist with little to no results and my pain kept getting worse.
