"These people are great! I came in not being able to climb a flight of stairs without pain in my knee and hip. They kept detailed records which made it easier to see my progress and know what was and wasn't working. And they were wonderfully friendly every time I came in which was a fantastic atmosphere. I'm better today because they are great at their jobs."

She greets myself and other patients by name as their colleagues do giving you a feeling of being welcome!! I began p.t. in the early 1980's and have periodically received services to date. As long as there is staff suchas "Grace" I cannot see myself receiving services anywhere else!"

All the therapists were knowledgeable, supportive, and helped me achieve my goals. The exercises and stretches were tailored to my needs, and I appreciated the progress tracking highly. "I went there for my back pain for eight sessions. Unfortunately, I didn't find the therapists to care much about their work and their patients. They didn't tell me anything about their app until my last session. This has caused all the moves and stretches not to be recorded for my later use at home. Only on my two last sessions they gave me the instructions for the exercises I did. So now after 2 months, I don't have any of those exercises to perform based off of them. They were also understaffed. My therapist was working with 2-3 other patients at the same time. They appointed an intern for me on two of my sessions who was instructing the exercises wrongly. Overall, I was not very happy and I don't recommend it. I'm giving them three stars only because of the efforts of one of the therapists who was assessing me in the first day. And also because booking an appointment was fast."

They worked me hard to build up my strength, but they also paid close attention to my pain, even facilitating a connection with a pain specialist. What's more, they helped me understand what was happening to my body, taking the time to explain how the exercises they had me do addressed my issues. Finally, once I was strong again, they left me with guidance to maintain my strength on my own. These folks are the real deal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is serious about recovery."
