I went today, one last chance kind of visit and go an adjustment by Dr Mira for the first time. Hands down the best adjustment I had ever gotten at the Joint in Annapolis. Did not cancel my membership. Will be tracking to see if he stays on and when he's working to get more work; my body needs it. Great adjustment today."

"I've had just an awful experience with the Joint Chiropractic in Annapolis. First, they make it absolutely impossible to cancel your subscription. I moved away last year. After moving I asked to cancel my subscription and they told me the only way they would allow me to cancel was by visiting their location in person and that there was no way to complete the cancelation process online or over the phone. First Red Flag. I moved to Florida, and walked into The Joint Chiropractic location in my new area, thinking I'd instead transfer my subscription. The new location told me they could not simply take on my account due to their internal rules, and therefore I'd be stuck paying the higher Annapolis location rates, even despite the fact I no longer lived there. Second Red Flag. Finally, fed up with all of this I asked to cancel my subscription all together. Once again, I was told I had to fly back to Annapolis to do so. Unbelievable. Finally after over an hour in their shop, both office on the phone with each other, and no clear understanding between them, they agreed to take my cancelation paperwork at the Florida location so I could walk away from this mess all together. There is absolutely no cooperation between offices. It's a mess. Third Red Flag. And now today, two months later, I'm still being charted nearly $90/hour. I've called both locations, been promised call backs, refunds, but still absolutely nothing. I HIGHLY suggest you re-consider signing up for their monthly subscription. They make it an absolute nightmare to cancel."
