"I highly recommend Raine and City Spine if you are looking for a Physical Therapist! I was in severe pain when I first came, bending slightly and even walking was painful. After doing PT sessions with Raine, listening to her advice and doing the recommended exercises and stretches, I'm now able to run without pain. Raine took my feedback and continually changed the exercises and stretches which really helped me recover to this point. She also made recommendations like doing chiropractic sessions which has helped drastically. Raine and the entire staff at City Spine are also very hospitable and nice to be around.
