"I would not be walking it is wasn't for Laura!!! She goes above and beyond, caring, informative! When we met I asked if she had seen anyone as severe as myself she said well, this is our first visit... after many visit she shared that I was probably the most severe that she would do everything she could to make sure I would be able to walk... I listened, came to every visit, did exercises at home, she communicated with my surgeons office and I am walking... she's the best at what she does but personally she is very attentive and personable I looked forward to every appointment. I also had Eric a few times and he was great as well! Finally, I have been to many physical therapists, over the years I easily have had over 23 so when I say Laura is the best... trust me on this!"

"I can't give a better rating since after going I had found out from transplant coordinator what had been written in my chart, these people complained about how much time I missed and used the days from the year before when I was in the hospital and then in 2023 I attended Doctors appointments . And then they complained and said I was inappropriate , so I find that impossible since I needed a lung and I can't even walk and talk . Also they signed a letter of completion of rehab. The results of what they wrote complicated everything and now they're being asked to clarify what was so inappropriate . I had spoke to several people about this and disparaging remarks like they did can cause a lot of problems from this point going forward"

"Been lookin for a new Edward rehab place to go from all the injuries . Noticed was one down the street from my house . I was dropping off food next door and the front desk lady was giving me attitude telling me she didn't order food and giving me attitude teling me 2200 is the whole plaza and not her building . The way she talked to me coulda Been more professional. Environment looked clean . But she needs to take that stick out from under her"
