Testimonials

David Fletcher

"I was an inpatient for a month and a half in 2018 and an outpatient for six months afterward. I am very impressed with the excellent facilities and the highly accomplished staff. They were focused on my recovery and achieved wonderful results."

Angela Bradley

"My uncle had to stay there for 3 weeks while he recovered from post-surgery. He said everyone was nice and helpful, along with doing his PT/OT."

Brian M

"Christina Ronson did an excellent job helping me regain my strength and confidence after worsening muscle weakness from skin cancer radiation and bacterial infections due to lymphedema therapy. I was unable to sit up in bed, and get into and out of bed without assistance. Also could not walk using my walker. Thanks to Cristina's experience and advanced skills, I've regained my independence and confidence. Thank you Christina!"

Kyle Lisson

"Rehabilitation and quality of staff was top notch. On the other hand, nutrition was a joke. The food was no good. When my dad didn't eat any of it, they would just take the tray away. If I didn't bring him food for ever meal they would have let him starve. You are not going to get any better if you aren't eating or drinking fluids. Word of advice... If you have a loved one here, you will need to manage their nutrition."

Lindsay Gleason

"Wow! Today brought my stroke survivor husband for an appointment for botox shot. Not only had they not bothered to enter the updated insurance from January 1, but they hadn't bothered to get insurance approval! Of course, being that Northwestern Mutual is now the owner, their customer service was horrible. So we wasted 2 hours travel & talking with them. They wanted him to stay for a "meet & greet" with their new Dr. How ridiculous! Won't be coming here again after having spent 20 months as a customer..."

Cristina Stanila

"I wouldn't recommend this place. If the child is severely disabled and doesn't progress as they want them to, they will decrease therapy, and the child does make progress is just how they wrote their goals or their policy, whatever. They decrease a child therapy to 1x month, for each PT and OT. Who does that? (They told me insurance has nothing to do with this, it's just their policy) it happens that I know a lot of therapists which we can't see on a regular basis unfortunately but none of them agree with this approach or they would've agreed if my son was maybe 10 yo and wouldn't make progress, but my son is not even 3yet. If you can go to another place, go there. I spoke to other parents who had same issues, so run away!!!"
