Shelly at the front desk is awesome and super communicative and friendly and overall fantastic at her job. If you're looking for a PT practice where they provide compassionate care, a welcoming environment, education regarding your conditions and how PT helps, and a great staff, this is the place. PT in general can be so helpful for so many things, and this is the place to go. They also offer dry needling at this location if you need it!"

I never had to wait very long before getting started with my therapy upon each visit. The therapists who worked with me were professional and thoughtful. "Though the therapist are very good I would not recommend pivot to anyone. The staff behind the counter is the worst most frustrating people I have ever dealt with. Asking them to do ANYTHING is met with an attitude of you are bothering them, like it's not their job to help the CUSTOMER. I was repeatedly met with "I dont know how to do that" when trying to pay my bill, Being told I would have my phone calls returned which never were. Employees with no sense of motivation at all."
