She is personable, thorough, asks questions to get a full perspective of what's going on with my body, provides wonderful suggestions for at-home stretches/care, and so much more! I see her for both adjustments and acupuncture. I needed regular adjustments due to a prior car accident, headaches, stress, and upper back tension! I am a runner and she has helped immensely with my recovery time by introducing me to the runner's stick, massaging my feet with a golf ball, etc. As for the acupuncture, I was nervous at first about the needles, but she walked me through the process and is very gentle. A pinch hurts more! It has worked wonders and I leave feeling refreshed. Not to mention, greater turning radius when turning my head. She is very good about communication as well, whether its via email or text. She will notify you in advance if something comes up, so please do her the same courtesy. She is a great doctor, whom I highly recommend, but you absolutely cannot have my time slot!"
