"I first met Michelle at an Open House and decided to give acupuncture a try since I heard about it before but never did it. From the first session, she was very accommodating and patient. She asked questions to get to know my history, pain, potential treatment needed. She explained all the steps in the process so I felt comfortable with my eyes closed. So comfortable that waiting in between was so relaxing. Afterwards, she told me more information about seeds for my ears and cool things to know. She made sure everything was all set. Since then, Michelle remembered who I was and stayed in contact with me. She was very flexible since I work two jobs. This time we also did cupping. She was very attentive to things like my eczema which she didn't have to do but meant a lot to me that she did. I love that we also get to talk about other things such as family, life, etc. She's very open and caring. I already set my next appointment with her.
