"Called to make an appointment. Asked for my date of birth and full name. Well to my surprise I don't exist! No one with that name and birthdate exists! Lol! I'm 70 yrs old. Had that name for 38 years!! Then immediately we don't take your insurance! Very disappointed."

"Horrendous doctor. Was not prepared for my questions. Told me to go get pain medicine from my neurologist. After numerous of times I have gotten them here. He said he couldn't help me because of my hip replacement surgery. Was not rude at all, but lack of professionalism. Needs to be able to give all options m. Instead of saying I don't think I would be help to me because of my surgery."
