"I have never had a horrible experience at a medical facility. The communication within the organization is terrible! The orthopedic that I saw prescribed an MRI. The insurance company needed additional documentation from the office and cc'd me in the request letter. When I hadn't heard anything for a week, I called and left a message for the doctor to be sure that they were processing the information. The voicemail said I'd hear back in 1 business day. Three voicemails and 10 days later, I visited the office to get answers. I was told that the secretary needed to take care of this and she worked from home. They emailed her and said if I didn't hear back by week's end, to call and ask for the receptionist I was currently speaking with, and she'd get it done. Upon calling at the end of the week, the phone call went to a central answering service and told that the Owings Mills office generally didn't answer their phone and that they didn't have voicemail. Left another irate voicemail for the secretary. Finally, after threatening to storm the castle again, they did their job, and I got my MRI. On the whole, the physical therapists were ok, but I saw someone different each time I went in, so there wasn't good continuity. Needless to say, after getting the MRI, I had my records transferred to another orthopedic clinic and am very happy there."

"My son was seen with in 3 minutes of arriving as a walk in. Everyone was so amazing, kind and knowledgeable. A well oiled machine. We were totally put at ease! Do not go to urgent care if you can go this route! This eliminated extra steps, extra copays and sped up the process toward recovery. I highly recommend!"

"I have been going here for years, and in the past I would have rated them 5 stars. However, at my daughter's last visit we had an appointment with a doctor. She had already been seen by a PA for this problem 2 weeks earlier during walk-in hours. As her condition was not improving, I wanted the specialist's opinion. I was highly disappointed when most of the exam at her doctor appointment was done by a PA. That is not what I wanted, nor what I paid for. The doctor only made a brief appearance an hour after her appointment time and seemed to rely mostly on the recommendations and observations of the PA. I am not trying to disparage the PAs who wrk there, they have provided excellent service in the past. But when I am paying for a specialist, I expect to be examined by the specialist."

"Had a not so great experience at a previous orthopedic practice so was a little uneasy. That quickly changed even from the call to schedule. Super fast appt even for a new patient. Only got better when we arrived for the appt. Every person we encountered was friendly, personable, and helpful from the front desk staff to the medical assistant to the radiographer to Dr Jay and finally to Emilia with the DME. Love that there's a check in kiosk and a tablet type thing to fill out rather than a bunch of paperwork. An overall great experience. Highly recommend."

"Everyone from the receptionist to the MA to the person who took xrays were great. The doctor who Ive seen before is very personable gave me great options for my condition. The office was clean and everyone was wearing masks & hand sanitizer was everywhere which made me feel very comfortable. I definitely would continue to visit this office and refer others."
