"It is disappointing every time you get a provider you are comfortable with in the Chestertown location, convenient to my location, and the provider leaves within 3-6 months. Extremely frustrating every time you call the number for the practice and the person on the other end of the phone, barely speaks English, and is extremely difficult to understand, what he or she is saying. It is like you have called a call center in a foreign country. There is no direct line to the location that you are actually seen at. I have been satisfied with the two providers, that have treated me at the Chestertown location, however, both have had to leave the practice. Dr John who I initially was treated by was great at the initial consultation."

"My Experiences with Providers at Clearway Pain Solutions I have been a patient at Clearway Pain Solutions for many years, and over that time, I've seen several of the providers. I wanted to share my experiences to help others make informed decisions. Dr. Eric Finkelstein Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Eric Finkelstein was extremely unprofessional and unsettling. During my appointment, he became visibly frustrated when I stated I preferred to end the visit and would not be seeing him again. His reaction--throwing his hands in the air, dropping back into his chair, and dramatically throwing his head back--was inappropriate and immature. Dr. Finkelstein entered the appointment without reviewing my medical history and began raising his voice in a confrontational manner. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise patients to seek care from other providers in the practice. Dr. Simmons I have been seeing Dr. Simmons for about eight years, and he is without question the best doctor I have ever worked with. Despite being extremely busy, he consistently provides thoughtful, professional, and compassionate care. Dr. Simmons listens carefully, understands the challenges of living with chronic pain, and always ensures that I feel comfortable and informed during procedures such as neck, back, and shoulder injections. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. If all providers practiced like Dr. Simmons, this clinic would be unmatched in excellence. Kim Endres, PA-C I have had the pleasure of seeing Kim Endres on several occasions, particularly when I cannot get in with Dr. Simmons. Kim is friendly, professional, and highly attentive. She takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and explain treatments clearly. Kim treats patients with respect and empathy, and her compassion and professionalism make every appointment a positive experience. Without a doubt, she is one of the best nurse practitioners at Clearway, and I always feel confident and cared for under her care. Amit Patel, PA On occasions when I am unable to see Dr. Simmons, I have also been treated by Amit Patel, PA. Amit is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. He takes the time to explain every detail of procedures, medications, and care plans in a clear and understandable manner. Amit listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and provides compassionate guidance, ensuring that I leave each appointment feeling informed and confident. His dedication and professionalism consistently impress me, and he exemplifies what excellent patient care should look like. Sophia Leonard-Burns, PA My experience with Sophia Leonard-Burns, PA, was unfortunately very negative. From the moment I met her, she displayed unprofessional behavior and an abrasive attitude. She greeted me by saying, "Well, you're not going to like me," which immediately felt dismissive and inappropriate. During the brief interaction, she criticized me without reviewing my history or asking relevant questions, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended the appointment and rescheduled with Kim Endres, who provided the respectful and professional care I expect from this practice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend seeing Sophia Leonard-Burns. Summary Overall, Clearway Pain Solutions has a team of highly skilled and compassionate providers. Dr. Simmons, Kim Endres, and Amit Patel consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and expertise, making patients feel heard, safe, and cared for. Unfortunately, my experiences with Dr. Eric Finkelstein and Sophia Leonard-Burns were deeply concerning, and I would not recommend either. I encourage patients to seek out providers who prioritize patient safety, comfort, and respect--qualities that Dr. Simmons, Kim Endres, and Amit Patel exemplify in every appointment."
