"I am sad to write this review but feel its absolutely necessary. Let me first start off by saying the physicians and clinical staff are outstanding. Doctor Martin and his medical assistant Jessica are wonderful and truly care about their patients. I "had" happily been with the practice for more than Twelve years, having had several surgeries and procedures. However I have made the decision not to return or continue to be seen within the practice. My decision is a direct result of being mistreated by the Billing department, miscommunication and or lack of communication within their support staff. When the practice was called OSM- (Orthopedic Sports Medicine) it was a wonderful practice, however once the practice "merged" or became Connecticut Orthopedics, its apparent that compassion and empathy went right out the door with the merger. This is a huge disadvantage to the clinical staff who are all amazing in different ways. I wish the clinical staff and physicians all the best, but its a shame you have such a horrible management and billing practice attached to your name."

"Nice facility, nice group of people, very few parking spaces. May be difficult for the elderly or sick to walk 300ft to the door."

"We had to find another physical therapist for my teenage daughter who just underwent MPFL reconstructive surgery. We were scheduled for 1:00, waited in the waiting area. Only after I got up and asked who we were waiting for were we then told we could go to the back. My daughter just had her stitches removed and was in a lot of pain for some reason. We were to go to see Marie. When one of the staff informed Marie that her 1:00 was here, she scoffed and said, "Just give her to Julia." The staff then asks Julia to take my daughter and Julia rolls her eyes and says she's busy. This while my daughter and I are within hearing and seeing distance. I do not want to take my child where she's a burden and where there's zero compassion. We of course left. I realize they're under staffed, but there's simply no excuse for rudeness and unprofessional behaviors especially when dealing with injured people. I have two stars because we previously had Mike and is GREAT! He pushes you past what you think you can do and still demonstrates compassion and professionalism. (We did get another therapist named Julia also but she was terrific! Not to be mistaken with the younger, rude Julia)"
