"Where do I begin to discuss the AMAZING experience I had with the whole staff at Spear PT Scarsdale as I rehabbed from cartilage replacement surgery on my knee? My main therapist was Fiona who was the consummate professional! I was very nervous at first as I had a huge brace on my knee and was very conscious about the scar on my kneecap from the surgery as well as overall jitters that come post surgery. Fiona worked to alleviate my nervousness with her humor and her ability to recommend the appropriate exercise to help me get back to normal! I made incredible progress in a short period of time and I owe it to her and to the staff! I would highly recommend her as she is excellent at her craft! Thank you Fiona! Next, I have to shout out to the rest of the staff at Spear who I engaged with. Thank you Hagi for your patience, professionalism and support! "I didn't have much faith on physical therapy. Didn't really think that it was going to help but then I met Fiona. She was friendly, had a big smile and very easy to talk to. She asked questions about what brought me here and started to work on me. She was very deliberate with the exercises she gave me. She strengthened my knees, calves and thighs. I may not have liked it in the beginning but it made me feel better in the end. I appreciate the tips she provided do that I can continue taking care of my knees. Fiona is the best!!! I will miss seeing her. I also have to say that the entire staff is awesome!!!"
